Role Overview
As we embark on our next phase of expansion, Slater Heelis, in collaboration with Lawfront, is in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Chief Operations Executive. This role is crucial in steering the firm towards its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Collaboration with the Executive Team will be essential, as they will anticipate a blend of authority, strategic insight, and commercial acumen, alongside the motivation to propel the firm's initiatives forward.

  • Partner with the Managing Partner to outline a comprehensive three-year growth strategy, converting this vision into actionable business plans and measurable objectives.
  • Oversee the Business Services division, providing direct leadership to Management and Operations while indirectly managing central functions to support the firm effectively.
  • Ensure daily operational and financial management of both the firm’s operations and legal practice.
  • Deliver insightful reporting on business performance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Foster a conducive working environment and a positive organizational culture, inspiring teams to enhance performance and achieve results.
  • Report business performance metrics to the Executive Committee and other senior stakeholders.
