Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of our store in Plymouth. As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the store, including managing stock, leading the sales team, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing stock, leading the sales team, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  2. Lead the Sales Team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  3. Manage Stock levels, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock to ensure maximum visibility and sales.
  4. Maintain Store Standards by ensuring the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
  5. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about fashion retail and has a strong desire to learn and develop their skills. You will have:

Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.A passion for fashion and retail, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
