About the Role

We are seeking an organised, driven, and hands-on team member to support the running of our shop. As a Retail Assistant, you will be involved in all aspects of running the shop, including serving customers, sorting and displaying stock, handling cash, and following health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Shop Manager in encouraging a positive working culture and help to create a happy working environment.
  • Assist in maximising profits and generating stock to help us raise valuable funds.
  • Provide excellent customer service and drive sales through great customer service.

Training and Development

Full on-the-job training will be given, including opening and closing of the shop, use of the till and CHSW systems, and stock display.
