About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team in a dynamic retail environment. As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive and inclusive store culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Identify and develop opportunities to improve customer experience and drive sales growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in retail
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
