About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Retail Assistant to support the Shop Manager in the day-to-day running of our shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for serving customers, sorting and displaying stock, handling cash, and following health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Sort and display stock in a visually appealing way
  • Handle cash and operate a till system
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times
  • Assist the Shop Manager in maintaining a positive working culture

Training and Development

Full on-the-job training will be given, including opening and closing of the shop, use of the till and CHSW systems, and stock display. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our training and development programs.
