Retail Store Manager Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Claire's. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Profit: Drive and achieve retail store targets by implementing effective sales strategies and managing inventory levels.
- Customer Service: Deliver the finest level of customer service by providing a personalized shopping experience and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Commerciality: Ensure that your store is well-merchandised and commercially correct by analyzing sales data and making informed decisions about product placement and promotions.
- Team Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in training and coaching the store team to enhance their skills and career development, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ear Piercing: You will receive full training on our ear piercing services, ensuring that you can provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers.
Claire's is a leading high street fashion retailer with over 3000 stores globally. We specialize in fashionable jewelry, accessories, and cosmetics products, catering to a diverse customer base from children to young women. About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year retail management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to analyze sales reports.
- A sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills.
- The ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem-solve.
- The ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
- The ability to operate a POS system.
