Retail Store Manager Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Claire's. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Profit: Drive and achieve retail store targets by implementing effective sales strategies and managing inventory levels.
- Customer Service: Deliver the finest level of customer service by providing a personalized and engaging experience for our customers.
- Store Operations: Ensure the store runs smoothly by managing day-to-day operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
- Commerciality: Ensure your store is well merchandised and commercially correct by analyzing sales data and making informed decisions to drive sales growth.
- Team Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in training and coaching the store team to enhance their skills and career development.
- Ear Piercing: You will receive full training to ensure you are confident and competent in this area.
Claire's is a leading high street fashion retailer with over 3000 stores globally. We specialize in fashionable jewelry, accessories, and cosmetics products. Our core customer ranges from children to young women. We encourage all store members to wear our product and support your development.
About YouWe are looking for an experienced retail professional who possesses the following skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year retail management experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
- Understands the importance of Customer Service
- Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem solve
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
- Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers
- Ability to operate POS system
