Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Assistant to join our team in Plymouth. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and supporting the day-to-day running of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to drive business growth through customer loyalty and repeat purchases
  • Support the team to meet and exceed targets through focusing on KPI delivery
  • Take ownership for your wine knowledge, constantly learning about our products to support your WSET qualification and confidence in selling
  • Take accountability and pride for the physical appearance and maintenance of your store both internally and externally
  • Involve in all operational tasks required for the day-to-day operational running of the store
Requirements
  • Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
  • Be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver exceptional customer experience and service to every single customer
  • Self-motivated, able to thrive when working alone and as part of a team
  • A can-do attitude with a passion for seeing problems through to solutions
  • Adaptable and resilient to meet the ever-changing demands of our business
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Wine knowledge is beneficial but passion to learn more is essential to pass level 2 WSET wine qualifications
  • Hold a full UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points
