About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Shop Assistant Manager to join our team at Children's Hospice South West. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and contributing to the success of our Plymouth shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, including stock management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervise and support a team of retail staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and other business objectives.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions.

Requirements:

Salary: £12.05 per hour
