HR Project Officer

Location: Flexible

Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Project Officer to enhance their Human Resources Team.

In this pivotal role within the HR and Payroll Service, you will report directly to the HR Manager Delivery while collaborating closely with the Head of HR & OD and the broader HR service to execute various projects.

This position is essential for supporting the HR service in achieving its People Plan objectives and managing a portfolio of HR initiatives. You will assist in key strategic projects (some of which are already in progress) and ensure that plans are consistently updated and maintained. Additionally, you will collaborate with the HR and Payroll team to develop systems, processes, and procedures for the successful implementation of identified projects.

It is crucial that you possess experience working in large, complex organizations and can adeptly handle multiple and evolving priorities. Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders is a must.

As an HR Project Officer, your exceptional communication and organizational skills will be vital in supporting the HR team to ensure the successful delivery of a diverse range of projects.

You will be tasked with monitoring project progress and assisting in the development of regular reports and updates.

While prior experience in delivering HR projects is preferred, applications are welcomed from candidates with project management experience who have a genuine interest in Human Resources.
