HR Project Officer

Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Project Officer to enhance their Human Resources Team.

In this pivotal role within the HR and Payroll Service, you will report directly to the HR Manager Delivery while collaborating closely with the Head of HR & OD and the broader HR service to execute various projects.

This position is crucial for supporting the HR service in achieving its People Plan objectives and managing a portfolio of HR initiatives. You will assist in key strategic projects, some of which are already in progress, ensuring that plans are consistently updated and maintained. Additionally, you will work alongside the HR and Payroll team to develop systems, processes, and procedures for the successful implementation of identified projects.

It is essential that you possess experience in navigating large, complex organizations and can adeptly respond to shifting priorities. Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders is a must.

As an HR Project Officer, your exceptional communication and organizational skills will be instrumental in supporting the wider HR team to ensure the effective execution of diverse projects.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring project progress and assisting in the development of regular reports and updates on these initiatives.
