HR Project Officer

Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Project Officer to enhance their Human Resources Team.

In this pivotal role within the HR and Payroll Service, you will report directly to the HR Manager Delivery while collaborating closely with the Head of HR & OD and the broader HR service on various project implementations.

This position is essential for supporting the HR service in achieving its People Plan objectives and executing a series of HR initiatives. You will assist in managing significant strategic projects (some of which are already in progress) and ensure that plans are consistently updated and maintained. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the HR and Payroll team to develop and refine systems, processes, and procedures for the successful execution of identified projects.

It is crucial that you possess experience in navigating large, complex organizations and can adeptly handle multiple and evolving priorities. Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders is a must.

As an HR Project Officer, your exceptional communication and organizational skills will be vital in supporting the HR team to ensure the effective execution of a diverse range of projects.

You will be tasked with monitoring project progress and assisting in the creation of regular reports and updates regarding project status.

Essential Skills:

  • Research and analysis capabilities
  • Strong writing and reporting skills
  • Proficient use of IT systems
  • Ability to organize, communicate, and coordinate with a diverse group of individuals

While prior experience in delivering HR projects is preferred, we welcome applications from candidates with project management experience who have a genuine interest in HR.
