We are seeking an Office Coordinator for our client's facility. This position will be within the Human Resources division of a dynamic Food Production environment.


The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capability to work independently while being proficient in various software applications (such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

This is a temporary position, but there is potential for it to evolve into a permanent opportunity for the right individual.

We offer flexible working hours, accommodating both full-time and part-time schedules.

The operational hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5:30 pm, and we provide the chosen candidate with the option to select their preferred working hours.


Required Skills:
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- High attention to detail.

- Previous experience in an administrative role within an office setting.

The facility provides complimentary parking and access to a cafeteria offering a variety of meals.
