Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Project Officer to enhance their Human Resources Team.
In this pivotal role within the HR and Payroll Service, you will report directly to the HR Manager Delivery while collaborating closely with the Head of HR & OD and the broader HR service to execute various projects.
This position is essential for advancing the HR service's People Plan priorities and the client's HR project agenda. You will assist in managing significant strategic initiatives (some of which are already in progress) and ensure that project plans are consistently updated. Additionally, you will work alongside the HR and Payroll team to create systems, processes, and procedures for the successful implementation of designated projects.
It is crucial that you possess experience in navigating large, intricate organizations and can adapt to shifting priorities. Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders is a must.
As an HR Project Officer, your exceptional communication and organizational abilities will support the HR team in effectively delivering a range of projects.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring project progress and assisting in the development of regular reports and updates.
Essential Skills:
- Research and analysis capabilities
- Proficient writing and reporting skills
- Advanced IT system usage
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with diverse individuals.
While prior experience in delivering HR projects is preferred, we welcome applications from candidates with project management experience who have a genuine interest in HR.
