HR Project Officer

Location: Flexible

Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Project Officer to enhance their Human Resources Team.

In this pivotal role within the HR and Payroll Service, you will report directly to the HR Manager Delivery, collaborating closely with the Head of HR & OD and the broader HR service to execute various projects.

This position is crucial in aiding the HR service to achieve its People Plan objectives and manage a portfolio of HR initiatives. You will play a significant role in supporting key strategic projects, ensuring that timelines are adhered to and that plans are consistently updated. Additionally, you will collaborate with the HR and Payroll team to establish systems, processes, and procedures for the successful implementation of designated projects.

To excel in this role, you must possess experience in navigating large, intricate organizations and be adept at managing multiple, evolving priorities. Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders is essential.

As an HR Project Officer, your strong communication and organizational abilities will be instrumental in supporting the HR team to ensure the successful execution of diverse projects.

Your responsibilities will include tracking project progress and assisting in the development of regular updates and reports on project status.
