About the Role

Certain Advantage is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office (PMO) professional to join their team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a business on a strong growth trajectory, backed by ambitious plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up IT projects and work closely with Project Managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure PDF compliance by setting up appropriate repositories, maintaining quality data, and creating required deliverables.
  • Produce project reports and ensure status reporting is timely, accurate, and communicated effectively.
  • Coordinate mandatory reviews and audits, track resultant recommendations, and facilitate project meetings.
  • Onboard new Project Managers to the Project Delivery Framework.
Requirements
  • Understanding of the Project Delivery Framework (PDF) and ability to apply Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.
  • Capture and track risks and issues.
  • Maintain change logs and examine project documentation/data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Effective use of tools like Microsoft Office, PPM, and required templates to create and manage project deliverables.
