Position Overview

Role: BIM Project Coordinator
Salary: £50-55,000 per annum plus an attractive benefits package

Join a prominent architectural firm as a dedicated and skilled BIM Project Coordinator. We are looking for an individual who is adept in Autodesk Revit and is enthusiastic about assisting our architectural teams in leveraging BIM methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with project directors and the head of BIM to provide essential feedback on training, workflows, and content needs.
  • Assist in the development of a BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
  • Establish the project teams' Responsibility Matrix (MPDT).
  • Lead BIM project and team meetings.
  • Support and educate internal project teams.
  • Maintain and deliver project BIM models while ensuring adherence to project standards.
  • Engage in collaboration on medium to large-scale complex projects.
  • Set up project models in-house and manage the configuration of other project models within the supply chain.
  • Produce 3D model components.
  • Demonstrate experience with BIM administration in a Common Data Environment (CDE).
  • Exhibit proficiency in Revit and associated plugins.
  • Possess knowledge of BIM360-based projects, including Docs and Design.
  • Understand Solibri for data verification and rule set creation.
  • Have experience with point cloud technology using software such as ReCap Pro.
  • Be familiar with issue tracking software like Revizto, BIMCollab, and/or BIM Track.
  • Be comfortable using additional software such as Rhino, Enscape, and NBS Chorus.
  • Possess basic coding skills.
