The digital construction coordinator will support project team with regards to application of BIM and Digital Construction methodologies, helping to implement the project digital construction strategy and ensuring information management consistency in accordance with group standards.


Responsibilities will cover all aspects of BIM deliverables across the lifecycle of a construction project, including work winning, preconstruction, construction, and handover.


The role will include working closely with the group digital delivery team, the wider project team and ensuring that standards are applied and driving value across the key aspects of project delivery. Communication, passion and up-skilling to drive adoption and sustainability will be a fundamental part of the role.


  • Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Solibri
  • Good 3D technical proficiency producing models with Revit or equivalent
  • Excellent clash detection experience using Solibri and BIMcollab or equivalent
  • Experience auditing models for BEP compliance, understanding of LODs
  • Good understanding of the concept of Common Data Environments
  • Competent in MS Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint


Familiar with various web-based document management systems CDE providers including Asite, 4Projects, BIW/Conject, Aconex, etc


BIM tools and software (e.g. Solibri, Synchro, Dalux, BIMcollab, etc)

Advanced IT skills (MS Office 365)
