Henry Martin are assisting a leading construction company based in London, on their search for an experience BIM coordinator. Our client are known for delivering high quality projects across a range of sectors. Their commitment to excellence has made them a trusted player in the industry. Our client is seeking a skilled and experience BIM coordinator, who has strong experience working within the construction sector, to join their dynamic team.

As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our construction projects by ensuring the effective implementation and management of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes. You will work closely with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to coordinate and manage digital models and ensure that all project stakeholders are aligned with the BIM execution plan.

Key Responsibilities:

* BIM Management: Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in accordance with project requirements.

* Model Coordination: Manage and coordinate the integration of BIM models across various disciplines, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

* Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on BIM models, ensuring they meet the required standards and project specifications.

* Collaboration: Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, ensuring that BIM-related issues are identified and resolved promptly.

* Training & Support: Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and processes, ensuring they are proficient in using the necessary tools.

* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of BIM processes, including model updates, changes, and approvals.

* Technical Support: Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to BIM software and hardware.

* Compliance: Ensure all BIM activities comply with relevant industry standards and company policies.

Our client is seeking an individual with a minimum of 5 years working within the construction sector. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD is highly desirable, as well as experience with clash detection and coordination software. Our client is seeking an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail are essential.
