About the Role

Landmark Global, a leading provider of parcel and e-commerce logistics, is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our UK facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Facilities and Compliance Manager in the organization and maintenance of the facility, adhering to Health & Safety Policy.
  • Provide essential equipment to operational and office teams, contributing to future project strategies and championing policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Follow, champion, and lead by example on all facility standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist in the planning of facility needs and requirements, actively communicating with key stakeholders and contributing to peak planning.
  • Control supply and cost management of operational and office consumables, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day monitoring and managing of Health & Safety for the UK entity, maintaining all H&S policies and procedures, and liaising with the HSE and Fire Consultant as necessary.
  • Perform administrative tasks linked to facility and compliance aspects, ensuring all administration is up-to-date and sent to suppliers or partners on time.
  • Maintain sustainability (ESG) reports and gather data on facility-related tasks.
  • Cover the Facilities and Compliance Manager when required, leading quality walks with the operations team and ensuring risk assessments are adhered to.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
