Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of using a Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) and experience in implementing automated customer journeys across multiple channels. You will also have a strong understanding of data management, analysis, and reporting, as well as the ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
