Job Title: Fleet Sales Manager

Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge in the transportation and logistics industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Sales Manager to join our team at TIP Trailer Services Group.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with fleet operators and managers across Europe, recognizing them as valued partners in our ecosystem. You will build and manage a recurring pipeline of Sales Qualified leads and actively seek out profitable business opportunities. You will work closely with our Customer Success Specialist and Product Marketing Manager to tailor sales strategies to support growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators and managers across Europe.
  2. Build and manage a recurring pipeline of Sales Qualified leads.
  3. Work together with our Customer Success Specialist and Product Marketing Manager to tailor sales strategies to support growth.
  4. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new fleet partners, providing comprehensive training and ongoing support.
  5. Develop an industry network to generate organic leads and create long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  6. Stay up to date on trends and challenges within the industry, using that knowledge to enhance sales strategies.
  7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as sales quotas, customer acquisition, and retention rates.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the transportation, logistics, or fleet management sector.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively connect with fleet operators and managers.
  3. Strong existing network in the logistics/transport industry.
  4. Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Any other European language is a distinct advantage.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Hubspot) and other sales tools.
  6. Willingness to travel to stakeholders across the Netherlands.
