Position Overview

Are you a skilled Administrative Support Specialist?

Our client, a prominent player in the global Real Estate and Infrastructure sector, is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join their dynamic team.

This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities. Key tasks will include:

  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Handling inquiries both in person and via telephone
  • Data entry and management
  • Processing expense reports
  • Assisting with proposal documents
  • Performing various general administrative functions

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A strong capacity to meet deadlines
  • A proactive and positive approach to challenges
  • A quick learning aptitude for new processes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with bid management systems
