We are seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at EMPLOYAL LTD.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of 250+ existing accounts in your territory
* Continuously upsell within those accounts
* 80% account management vs 20% new business
* Conduct cold calls, face-to-face selling, networking, and pick up lapsed accounts
* Spend 3 days on the road each week attending pre-booked appointments and 2 days in the office planning sales strategies, completing administration, and follow-up calls

Requirements:

* Previous experience in foodservice, hospitality, catering, or similar
* Proven sales and account management experience
* Strong account management skills to deliver world-class customer service
* Previous experience using a CRM
* Strong administrative skills

* Confident individual who enjoys being on the road
* Solutions-oriented person
* Hunter mentality required to ensure no stone is left unturned
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

This role is office-based when not in the field.
