Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Field Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a Field Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing new business opportunities, as well as managing and growing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Account Management: Nurture relationships with existing clients, ensure client satisfaction, and handle their unique needs.
- Sales Planning & Strategy: Design and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals, including understanding market trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and potential applications.
- Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to work on contract discussions, pricing agreements, and terms of sale to meet client needs and company objectives.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, including maintaining accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client feedback in our CRM.
Requirements:
- Field-based sales experience
