We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Pursuit Resources Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining profitable volume, Gross Sales Value (GSV) and brand share growth within a designated sales region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement annual and quarterly objectives in line with national account and company strategy.
- Identify and develop opportunity areas to drive business growth.
- Secure support for marketing and promotional plans to achieve sales targets.
- Forecast, monitor, and control volume, GSV, and contribution targets and spend budgets.
- Ensure maximum margins are achieved by account.
- Monitor and control account payments to agreed terms.
- Analyze and monitor volume, GSV, and contribution progress by account.
- Develop long-term business relationships with relevant contacts for each account.
- Undertake regular business reviews with the region's top accounts.
- Provide accurate and timely reports as directed.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Numerate, analytical, and IT literate with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Pro-active with planning and preparation skills, excellent presentation skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to ever-changing company/trade requirements.
- Ability to work on own initiative and create an effective link between customer and company.
- Annual holiday allowance of 25 days.
