Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager to cover the Northampton and Oxford region. As a Field Sales Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our organization by leveraging our extensive range of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing social media platforms.
- Account Management: Nurture relationships with clients, ensure client satisfaction, and handle their unique needs, including anticipating future needs, suggesting solutions, and building trust.
- Sales Planning & Strategy: Design and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals, create sales forecasts, and plan necessary steps to achieve these goals.
- Product Knowledge: Become a product expert in our line of products and services, providing accurate and compelling information to existing and potential clients, and solving any issues or concerns they may have.
- Sales Reporting: Keep track of and report on sales activities, maintaining accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client feedback in our CRM.
