**About the Role**

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Designer to join our Controls Automation team within the Chief Technology Office. As a Senior Service Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our groundbreaking Codified Controls platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Deliver: Utilize Figma and other design tools to craft intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups that champion user-centred design principles.
  • Bridge Business & Design: Collaborate with our wide range of stakeholders through design thinking workshops and documentation to translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
  • Champion the User: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to ensure our designs meet the needs of our users.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Confidently articulate and present design concepts, strategies, and project progress to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Inform and Innovate: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in service design and financial services. Introduce innovative design solutions that drive business growth and user satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-centric experiences.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and human-centred design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
