In this position, you will collaborate closely with Registered Nurses and Therapists to implement care and rehabilitation strategies for patients. Your responsibilities will include assisting in Pre and Post-Operative Care, Rehabilitation, Patient Assessment, and Goal-setting. Additionally, you will contribute to Health Promotion Initiatives and Clinics.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Registered Nurses and Therapists to deliver patient care and therapy plans.

- Work effectively within a team to promote patient independence and well-being.

- Make informed decisions and prioritize tasks while working autonomously within established guidelines.

- Recognize and report any changes in patient conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals promptly.
