About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing goal-focused rehabilitation to patients, supporting them to become experts in their own care and remain in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic assessments and interventions for patients in the community
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to achieve patient goals
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of rehabilitation programs
Person Specification

We are looking for a Senior Physiotherapist with:

  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Professional knowledge and skills acquired through formal training, short courses, and experience to degree level or equivalent
  • Relevant post-qualification training through short courses and/or further study and experience
  • Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Desirable Qualifications and Experience

We would welcome applications from candidates with:

  • Registration with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
  • Recognized registered qualification and further courses and experience relevant to the role
  • Proven experience within the relevant care group
  • Competencies relevant to the specialism
