We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing goal-focused rehabilitation to patients, supporting them to become experts in their own care and remain in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic assessments and interventions for patients in the community
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to achieve patient goals
- Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development and implementation of rehabilitation programs
We are looking for a Senior Physiotherapist with:
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Professional knowledge and skills acquired through formal training, short courses, and experience to degree level or equivalent
- Relevant post-qualification training through short courses and/or further study and experience
- Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
We would welcome applications from candidates with:
- Registration with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
- Recognized registered qualification and further courses and experience relevant to the role
- Proven experience within the relevant care group
- Competencies relevant to the specialism
- Experience of managing the work of others
