About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Specialist in Musculoskeletal and Sports Injury Rehabilitation. As a Clinical Physiotherapy Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with complex and chronic physical and psychological conditions, as well as sports and training injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialist musculoskeletal and sports injury rehabilitation services to patients with diverse presentations and complex conditions.
  • Act as a Clinical Specialist within Multi-disciplinary Team (MDT) clinics, providing expert advice and guidance to other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement physiotherapy treatment plans for specialist caseloads, and provide advice in specialist fields.
  • Formulate, develop, and deliver individualized treatment programs based on evidence-based practice, manual assessment, and clinical reasoning.
  • Assess, develop, and implement physiotherapy treatment plans for patients with sports and training injuries.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to other healthcare professionals on physiotherapy treatment and management of patients with complex conditions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with complex conditions.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy
  • Recent UK experience in specialized physiotherapy
  • Registered with the HCPC as a Physiotherapist to work in the UK
  • NHS experience would be advantageous but not essential
