Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Trainee Client Coordinator to join our team at Matthews International. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with leading brands and develop your skills in packaging artwork project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate new client onboarding and existing client meetings to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop and document functional requirements for new clients to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Create training materials for new and existing clients to enhance their understanding of our services.
- Analyze client requirements and make informed decisions to resolve eligibility, accumulator, and claims extract file issues.
- Make decisions regarding member issues and non-escalated client issues to provide exceptional customer service.
- Facilitate the process for new benefit changes on behalf of clients and provide guidance on implementation.
- Build, support, and maintain client portal and CRM applications to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Prepare for and participate in open enrollment meetings for new and existing clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Generate reports for clients to provide valuable insights and data-driven decision-making.
- Implement internal department and corporate projects to drive business growth and improvement.
Qualifications/Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Alternatively, previous project coordination experience in a graphics manufacturing environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning, are also essential. The ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients, is crucial. Self-motivation, critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting are also required. Occasional travel may be required, and proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications is necessary.
