Client Coordinator Trainee

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Trainee Client Coordinator to join our team at Matthews International. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in client coordination, while working with some of the UK's leading brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate new client onboarding and existing client meetings to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
- Develop and document functional requirements for new clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Design and deliver training materials for new and existing clients, promoting effective knowledge transfer.
- Analyze client requirements and make informed decisions regarding project eligibility, accumulator, and claims extract file issues.
- Provide exceptional client support, resolving member issues and non-escalated client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with clients to implement new benefit changes, ensuring a smooth transition and effective communication.
- Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Develop and implement internal department and corporate projects, driving process improvements and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous project coordination experience in a graphics manufacturing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning.
- Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
- Ability to work overtime as necessary.
