Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Trainee Client Coordinator to join our team at Matthews International. This role will provide an opportunity to develop and refine your skills in client coordination, project management, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate client meetings and develop functional requirements for new clients.
  • Develop and document training materials for clients.
  • Analyze client requirements and ensure accuracy.
  • Make decisions regarding client issues and implement solutions.
  • Build and maintain client relationships and portal applications.
  • Prepare for and participate in open enrollment meetings.
  • Generate reports for clients and implement internal projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Previous project coordination experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
