Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Trainee Client Coordinator to join our team at Matthews International. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with leading brands and develop your skills in packaging artwork project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate new client kick-off meetings and existing client meetings to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and document functional requirements for new clients to ensure accurate project delivery.
- Design and deliver training materials for new and existing clients to enhance their understanding of our services.
- Analyze new or revised client requirements to ensure accuracy and implement changes accordingly.
- Make informed decisions regarding eligibility, accumulator, and claims extract file issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their concerns and resolving non-escalated issues promptly.
- Collaborate with clients to implement new benefit changes and provide guidance on implementation.
- Build, maintain, and support client portal and CRM application to ensure seamless communication and data management.
- Prepare for and participate in open enrollment meetings for new and existing clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Generate reports for clients to provide valuable insights and support their business needs.
- Implement internal department and corporate projects to drive business growth and improvement.
Qualifications/Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Alternatively, previous project coordination experience in a graphics manufacturing environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning, are essential. The ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients, is crucial. Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment are also required. Occasional travel may be necessary, and proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications is essential.
