POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Client Coordinator to collaborate with our team in Witham. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

As a Client Coordinator, you will work closely with leading UK brands, ensuring the successful delivery of packaging artwork projects on time and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating new client kick-off meetings and existing client meetings to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Developing and documenting functional requirements for new clients to guarantee accurate project delivery.
  • Creating training materials for new and existing clients to enhance their understanding of our services.
  • Analyzing new or revised client requirements to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Making informed decisions regarding eligibility, accumulator, and claims extract file issues to resolve client concerns.
  • Providing guidance on member issues and non-escalated client issues to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Coordinating new benefit changes on behalf of clients and providing direction on implementation.
  • Building, supporting, and maintaining client portal and CRM applications to ensure seamless communication.
  • Preparing for and participating in open enrollment meetings for new and existing clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Generating reports for clients to provide valuable insights and data.
  • Implementing internal department and corporate projects to drive business growth and improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Or previous project coordination experience within a graphics manufacturing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A high degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning.
  • A solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
  • The ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
  • The ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • The ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
  • Self-motivation with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
  • The ability to work overtime as necessary.
