Manage and oversee the daily maintenance activities of the estate.
Design and execute effective preventive maintenance strategies to ensure the durability of the property.
Coordinate and oversee external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance projects.
Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance requirements and swiftly resolve any issues.
Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Demonstrated experience in estate maintenance or a comparable position.
Strong understanding of maintenance practices and protocols.
Attention to detail and a dedication to achieving high-quality outcomes.
Skilled in utilizing various tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.
Prior experience in the property management sector.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and legal standards in estate maintenance.
Proficient in using standard maintenance tools and equipment.
