Director of Community Services

Daily Rate:
£350 - £400

Full time - Hybrid (3-4 Days on site)

As a Residential Services Coordinator, you will have the exceptional chance to lead and improve the residential support services for nearly 1,000 tenancies across 22 locations.

Your role will be to ensure that our residents, aged 60 and above, receive a secure, safe, and individualized service, aimed at reducing feelings of isolation and enhancing their overall quality of life.


Leadership and Management:
Direct the residential support services with strong leadership and a culture focused on performance management.

Individualized Service:
Ensure residents are linked to support networks to mitigate isolation.

Property Oversight:
Uphold safety and quality standards in properties and communal spaces.

Collaborative Strategy:
Partner with key stakeholders to enhance service delivery and resident satisfaction.

Resident Involvement:
Promote open communication and engagement with residents to influence service delivery.

Innovation:
Apply creative solutions for impactful results.

Educated to degree level or possess equivalent experience in housing or social care (preferably).
