Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager / Property Administrator to join our team at BBL Property Recruitment. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our Property Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including supplies, deliveries, and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for the Managing Director.
  • Liaise with external professionals to ensure our online presence is up-to-date and relevant.
  • Communicate with clients and contractors, answering calls and relaying information as required.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office programs to maintain records and relay data.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Background in a similar environment, such as property, construction, or maintenance.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Second language skills beneficial but not essential.
