About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Inspector to join our team at Shared Services Partnership. As a Property Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting post-inspection of properties previously identified with damp and mould issues and writing reports across the housing property services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify damp and mould issues
  • Schedule and oversee damp and mould repairs to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of damp, mould, and condensation issues in properties
  • Oversee and ensure building and maintenance projects are delivered on time and to budget
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in property inspection and maintenance
  • Knowledge of damp, mould, and condensation issues in properties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
