Damp Surveyor

**Strong Civils are currently looking for a Damp Surveyor on a permanent basis located in Chelsea.**

**Objectives of this Position**:

- You will be attending to both commercial and domestic properties throughout the capital to identify which type of damp the building is experiencing.
- Assess and diagnose water ingress into the property
- Provide recommendations for remedial works within a report using our up to date CRM system.
- Create short videos for our engineers when needed
- Produce a CAD using magic plan
- Support coordinators with any questions from the clients
- Support the engineers in order for them to carry out their works to the highest standards
- Ability to drive throughout London in order to produce on site drainage investigations.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- A minimum of two years of relevant industry experience
- A CSSW qualification is highly preferred
- Knowledge of how damp proofing systems work
- Measuring tools and PPE will be provided
- Enthusiasm to expand your knowledge of damp while also learning our methodology of surveying.
- We are looking for an individual who is attentive, assertive, driven and able to manage their time and responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Highly motivated and able to work on their own as well as part of a team.
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to "muck in" and carry out a variety of tasks as necessitated by the operation.
- Must have a clean, full drivers license

**Benefits and Pay**:

- Working hours are from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

**The pay for this position is ranges between £45k - £55k.**

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
