**ABOUT THE ROLE
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct thorough building on-boarding inspections for newly managed properties to assess their condition and safety compliance.
- Perform quarterly inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.
- Implement quarterly fire door inspections to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Document inspection findings accurately using digital reporting tools.
- Collaborate with property managers, maintenance teams, and external contractors to address maintenance issues.
- Stay updated on building regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, safety standards, and fire safety requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify maintenance and safety issues.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for inspection reporting and documentation.
- Familiarity with London areas, particularly zones 1-6.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
