About the Role

Hammersmith & Fulham Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Inspector to join our team. As a Property Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting post-inspection of properties previously identified with damp and mould issues and writing reports across the housing property services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify damp and mould issues
  • Schedule and oversee damp and mould repairs
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure timely and effective completion of repairs
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of damp, mould, and condensation issues within properties
  • Oversee and ensure building and maintenance projects are delivered on time and to budget
