Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Barclays. As a key member of our Wholesale Onboarding team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and compliant onboarding of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day Wholesale Onboarding initiatives, including KYC processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with clients and front office teams to gather Customer Due Diligence information and evidence to onboard or refresh clients' KYC in line with documented policy.
  • Develop and implement Wholesale Onboarding procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Develop reports and presentations on Wholesale Onboarding performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to improve Wholesale Onboarding efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and escalate breaches of policies and procedures as necessary.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in client onboarding, relationship management, or Know Your Customer (KYC).
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make evaluative judgments based on factual information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders outside of the immediate function.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
