About the Role

At Human Edge, we're passionate about harnessing the power of innovation and creativity to drive business growth. As our Business Psychologist & Product Owner, you'll play a key role in shaping and advancing our psychometric assessment suite, including AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the complete project management process for product development initiatives and studies, ensuring successful execution from inception to delivery.
  • Contribute strategic insights and supervise intricate development projects, operating with a significant level of independence.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle for creating assessment and development solutions, from gathering requirements to launch, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making, allowing for independent and efficient project navigation.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social sciences (IO psychology preferred)
  • Extensive experience with SPSS/Jamovi/R (or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects, demonstrating excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to operate independently and make well-informed decisions to drive project success
  • Technical ability to effectively communicate business requirements with technology teams
  • Sound understanding of assessment-related software
  • Experience in building and managing assessment systems or platforms with focus on user experience would be ideal
  • Any previous exposure to Artificial Intelligence solutions would be desirable
