Job Summary:
Central Test is an international publisher of predictive talent assessment solutions that help decision-makers and organizations efficiently manage their human capital. We offer innovative and reliable tools that combine advanced technology and scientific validity to facilitate the attraction, development, and retention of talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 8 R&D members (data analysts, psychometricians, and psychologists) across three locations to ensure project milestones are met.
- Co-manage with the CEO the development and implementation of psychometric tests and innovations across our platform, referentials, and various HR tools.
- Contribute to the conception of innovative projects and work with the CEO to operationalize new ideas.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, Data Science, Marcom, and Sales departments, to ensure the successful delivery of assessment products.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for all assessment-related products.
Requirements:
- Master/undergraduate in psychology
- ~5+ years experience in psychometrics/HR product development sector and relevant experience in team management
- ~ English (fluent), French is a plus
- As for soft skills, we are looking for someone communicative, flexible, and curious.
Work Environment:
A hybrid set up (one day in the office/week)
