Job Summary:

Central Test is an international publisher of predictive talent assessment solutions that help decision-makers and organizations efficiently manage their human capital. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 8 R&D members (data analysts, psychometricians, and psychologists) across three locations to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Co-manage with the CEO the development and implementation of psychometric tests and innovations across our platform, referentials, and various HR tools.
  • Contribute to the conception of innovative projects and work with the CEO to operationalize new ideas.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, Data Science, Marcom, and Sales departments, to ensure the successful delivery of assessment products.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for all assessment-related products.

Requirements:

  • Master/undergraduate in psychology
  • ~5+ years experience in psychometrics/HR product development sector and relevant experience in team management
  • ~ English (fluent), French is a plus
  • As for soft skills, we are looking for someone communicative, flexible, and curious.

Work Environment:

A hybrid set up (one day in the office/week)
