- Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and internal teams at Korn Ferry, ensuring exceptional service and delivery of project outcomes.
- Lead Project Teams: Matrix manage a diverse team, including project managers, coordinators, coaches, and consultants, to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Education: A degree in Psychology, with a strong focus on organizational psychology, talent development, and succession planning.
- Experience: Extensive experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating the ability to operate effectively at both pace and scale.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of applying psychological theories and assessments to inform talent development strategies.
- Location: The ability to commute to London at least two days a week and the permanent right to work in the UK.
