About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Specialist to join our team at Korn Ferry. As a key member of our Assessment & Succession solutions team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients align their talent with their organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deliver Talent Development Programs: Lead the development and implementation of customized talent development programs based on psychological principles and assessment data.
  • Utilize Psychometric Assessments: Apply psychometric assessments to identify leadership potential and development needs, and collaborate with clients to develop evidence-based succession plans and talent strategies.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and internal teams at Korn Ferry, ensuring exceptional service and delivery of project outcomes.
  • Lead Project Teams: Matrix manage a diverse team, including project managers, coordinators, coaches, and consultants, to ensure successful program outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Psychology, with a strong focus on organizational psychology, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating the ability to operate effectively at both pace and scale.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of applying psychological theories and assessments to inform talent development strategies.
  • Location: The ability to commute to London at least two days a week and the permanent right to work in the UK.
