  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure high-quality care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans to meet the needs of patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
  • Experience in community nursing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and hours.
