Position: Solutions Architect - Pre-Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team to discern and analyze client needs.
  • Craft and present customized IT solutions that align with client requirements, with a focus on VMWARE, Vcentre, Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Offer technical insights and support throughout the sales journey.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring their technical needs are fulfilled.
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry advancements and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a pre-sales engineering capacity within an MSP or IT services context.
  • Robust technical expertise in VMWARE, Vcentre, Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to simplify complex technical ideas into clear solutions for clients.
  • Self-driven with the capacity to operate independently and remotely.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
